Currently Deputy Head of Design for ITV Studios Daytime, I co-lead the creative team responsible for all on-air and off-air graphics across Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning, and Loose Women, 7.5 hours of Live television every weekday. I direct, design and deliver everything from live motion graphics to high-impact title sequences, show branding, and promos — helping shape the visual language of some of the UK’s best-loved daytime brands.

I began my broadcast design career at ITV Central, then moved to Sky News where I worked at the sharp end of live news graphics and played a key role in two full channel rebrands. I re-joined ITV in London in 2011, where I’ve helped evolve and redefine the look and feel of ITV’s flagship daytime output — from set design and studio graphics to breaking news events and special projects.
With a hands-on approach and a broad design toolkit — spanning 2D, 3D, motion, compositing, grading, branding, print, and live-action direction — I thrive on switching gears and finding the right creative solution, whatever the format. Alongside creative delivery, I also produce real-time graphics templates for our production teams and support live broadcast operations setups with gallery teams.
I’ve been at the forefront of bringing new technology into production, from pioneering LED set workflows to developing tools using HTML5 and TouchDesigner — helping broadcast design keep pace with ever-changing demands.
I’m passionate about nurturing emerging talent and growing the next generation of designers. I’ve given guest talks at universities, supported junior creatives into design roles, and I’m proud to be part of ITV’s Global Innovation Hub — driving forward-thinking ideas that connect creativity with technology across the business.
During my time at Sky News and ITV Daytime, I’ve contributed towards multiple awards — including RTS, BAFTA and NTAs — and I’ve been recognised personally with several Promax entries and a Bronze award. More recently, my team was shortlisted for Best In-House Design Team by Design Week, and my studio display system project was nominated at the Broadcast Innovation Awards — recognition I’m proud of. But the real reward is making great work, solving problems under pressure, and keeping it fresh day after day.
