With strict COVID distancing rules in place, our promos team came up with a clever workaround — a stylised setup using abstract LED screens, allowing our presenters to appear close and interact without ever being in the same space. The goal was to maintain that warmth and sense of togetherness Daytime is known for.
Art and Tech Directing, I helped plan and conceptualise the piece — creating a mix of branded abstracts and green screen inserts, then compositing everything in post to bring it all to life. It took a lot of planning (and a fair bit of jeopardy), but the result was well worth it.
